Cadarn Information Services are part of the Cadarn Housing Group and we specialise in supporting Housing Associations, voluntary and housing-related organisations with all their Information Technology requirements.
Cadarn Information Services is a leader in innovation in the housing sector, providing software packages to revolutionise the way housing associations record and manage information.
We are a not-for-profit organisation and develop SPriNT ethically as a value for money product to aid other housing and supporting people groups.
The Cadarn Housing Group was established as Newydd Housing Association in 1974 and now has approximately 2700 properties in Wales. As we are a Registered Social Landlord this gives us a unique insight into the needs of SP providers.
We have an active SPriNT User Group run by our customers and we hold an annual conference for all user organisations where we debate enhancements and specifications for SPriNT. The user group members vote for their preferred enhancements each year which are then fulfilled by Cadarn Information Services free of charge for all users.
In May 2010 we were proud to win IT Team of the Year at the Housing Heroes Awards for delivering an affordable product that has successfully assisted over 60 organisations to improve their support services to vulnerable people.
