Consultancy
From the day you purchase Sprint we will provide consultancy and training to ensure the smoothest transition and to ensure that you and your staff get the most out of the software.
Project Management
You will have a dedicated Project Manager who will be responsible for your implementation and future use of Sprint. All Project Managers are Prince 2 qualified. An initial meeting will be set up to discuss the implementation process, agree database configuration and set target dates. Data is loaded, tested and demonstrated before training begins.
Training
Training is provided at different levels for management and support teams. It is carried out on site at the clients' offices unless the Cadarn offices are preferred. Feedback is carried out after training to ensure all staff have the correct understanding of the software.
Training manuals
Operations and administration training manuals are downloadable in electronic format for easy reference at any time.
Helpdesk
Our helpdesk is available from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Calls are dealt with following the principles of ITIL Service Management.
Continuing Support
A further meeting is arranged to discuss inital use of the software and to ensure the client is receiving the maximum benefit from their new database. Users can call the Sprint helpdesk with any queries as needed. On-going consultancy and training is available.
User Group Meetings
Sprint hold an annual User Group Meeting in which all users get together and vote on enhancements to the system that they choose themselves. The event is also very popular as a networking event and gives users the opportunity to discuss how to best use SPriNT with other users.

Further consultancy and training is available at any time during your use of Sprint.
